Because each piece is made to order especially for you, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness and satisfaction are important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our very best to assist you.

Please know that every purchase you make helps dogs in need—anything made beyond the cost of creating your item is donated directly to shelters and emergency pet care organizations in the NYC tri-state area.
