Return Policy

We want you to love your Maxine and Tiny purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@maxineandtiny.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Care Instructions

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
